A new online training resource has been launched to assist health and social care workers across Northern Ireland move up the career ladder or take their first steps towards a rewarding profession.
The free e-learning courses and online resource has been specifically developed by Northern Ireland’s fastest growing, registered Nursing and Domiciliary Agency Lucas Love Healthcare to ensure that current and new agency members have the requisite skills to work in the healthcare sector.

We have always provided training to ensure that our members deliver the best possible care, but we understand that it isn’t always practical or possible to take a day out to complete vital training”.

The online training courses include Moving and Handling theory; Infection Prevention and Control; Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups; Administration of Medications; Managing Aggression; Promoting Independence and Fire Safety and Health & Safety. Free Practical training on Moving and Handling and Basic Life Support is also available to all staff.
