RECRUITMENT specialists, Brightwater are this week advertising for five new consultants to help with their business expansion.
Advertised inside today, the positions- three of which are in Belfast with the other two in Dublin- offer candidates the chance to work in a “dynamic, noisy, positive, happy and success-orientated environment”.
Speaking on their success and growth Michelle Kearns, commercial director for the company says:
“October was our best month in Northern Ireland since we opened. Revenue and staff numbers have doubled within the group in the last three years, with NI growing 100% year on year within that period.
“Unlike our competitors we saw the recession as a genuine opportunity. We realigned our business looking at the long term strategy, and invested in achieving this. Where our competition stopped spending, we continued to spend on sponsorship, PR, training and expansion of our internal team.
“Although difficult the recession made us better as a company, because it focused us on the things we saw as core to our business – service quality and professionalism, bringing an exceptional recruitment team together and giving them the tools to enable them to provide the best possible service to our clients.”
Established in NI over ten years ago, the company is currently expanding in the areas of legal, accountancy, practice, executive and international.
“As an organization we believe strongly that our team is our biggest asset, over half our consultants have more than 10 years professional recruitment experience within their specialist area.
“For anyone joining Brightwater I would say you must be prepared to work incredibly hard, have a real hunger to succeed and genuinely want to work with one of the best and most supportive in NI,” said Michelle.
