THE deadline for the 2022 Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) Northern Ireland HR Awards has been extended to Friday July 8.
Celebrating its 10th year in 2022, the CIPD NI Awards comprise of 14 categories, representing the best of people management and development in Northern Ireland.
This year’s awards include categories for outstanding teams and individuals at all levels of their career, and in health and wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, change management learning and development, hybrid and flexible working, and for external consultancies.
There are new categories for resourcing and talent management, rising star, employee voice, and apprenticeship schemes.

The awards are open to all people professionals in Northern Ireland, not just CIPD members, and are free to enter.

The shortlist will be announced on August 19, and shortlisted entrants will be invited to bring their submissions to life during interviews with the judges in Belfast in September.
