THE cream of Northern Ireland’s hospitality industry was on show at this year’s Hotel of the Year awards.
Hosted by the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation and taking place in the City Hotel, Londonderry, the event allowed businesses to showcase their employers and pay thanks to the contribution they make.
President of the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation, Ciaran O’Neill, said: “We have a growing tourism industry and this is due to the fact that we recognise the importance of good customer service and invest in it.
“A professional approach assists in building relationships which drives repeat business and is central to obtaining positive recommendations on websites.”
