Northern Ireland transport operator, Translink has launched two new recruitment campaigns.
As part of the company’s continued investment in management trainees it is seeking to recruit into both its Engineering and Operations Management training programmes. Both programmes have been highly successful over the last number of years with past participants currently working in a variety of senior roles across the company.

Engineering Management Programme
The three-year training programme will see the successful post holders undertake multiple placements throughout the Translink business, developing new skills to be a future Engineering Manager. Candidates should have, or expect to obtain by June 2020, at least a 2.2 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, combined BEng (Hons) or equivalent. Apply online.
Operational Management Programme
The two-year programme will give successful candidates the opportunity to improve their current skills as well as develop many new skills to be a future Operational Manager. For the programme, applicants should possess, or expect to obtain, at least a 2.2 degree in any discipline by June 2020 along with a minimum of one years’ experience of working in industry, commerce or retail. Applicants to both programmes must be prepared to work at any Translink location across Northern Ireland and have a full current driving licence or have a suitable form of transport to meet the requirements of the roles.
