ONE of Northern Ireland’s fastest growing employment agencies, Lucas Love Health-Care, has completed a management buy-out with a commitment to job creation.
The deal for the registered nursing and domiciliary agency will see current directors Sinead Polland and Susanne Ritchie take over full managing control of the operation.

Now in its fifth year of business, Lucas Love HealthCare is Northern Ireland’s fastest growing registered nursing and domiciliary agency. The company employs eight specialist members of staff at their new Belfast city office and provides both permanent and temporary staff to over 20 healthcare groups across the province, including one of Northern Ireland’s largest private healthcare providers.
Using their joint experience, Sinead and Susanne plan to further grow and develop the company over the next two years and this will include new jobs.
