“I really encourage people professionals to make some time over the next couple of weeks to take stock of everything you have achieved over the course of the past year and enter the awards to showcase how you have gone above and beyond during such challenging times.”
The 2021 CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards are sponsored by specialist recruitment company, MCS Group, with nijobfinder as the media partner.
Ryan Calvert, Manager of Human Resources, Legal and Compliance divisions at MCS said: “The CIPD NI Awards showcase Northern Ireland’s world-class HR talent. The awards are so prestigious and the benefits you receive from entering, either as a team or an individual, are phenomenal.
“Having an HR team that is award-winning could really make the difference in attracting a high calibre HR professional to join your organisation, while individual awards will help job seekers to reach their career goals.”
