The deadline for entering the CIPD NI Awards 2020 has been extended.
Now in their eighth year, the CIPD NI Awards celebrate the best in HR and people management in Northern Ireland and applicants now have until midnight on Monday February 17 to enter this year’s awards.
The CIPD NI Awards include categories celebrating exceptional individuals and teams working at all levels, as well as awards for initiatives in change management, employee engagement, well-being, learning and development, talent management and diversity and inclusion. Two new categories have been introduced for 2020. External consultancy recognises the partnership between a consultancy and a client organisation, and HR SME of the Year is open to organisations with less than 150 employees that can demonstrate how creativity, innovation and simple methods are being used by a small team to address people management issues.
The CIPD has introduced a new online entry system this year which simplifies the entry process. Entries will be judged by a panel of experts including senior academics and HR leaders from leading organisations in the public, private and third sector. Shortlisted entrants will be invited for interview at the end of March.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony at Titanic Belfast on May 21.
Visit CIPD NI for details on all of the categories, how to enter and what the judges will be looking for from the winning entries.
