We’re delighted to announce that nijobfinder will be supporting the Vibrant Workplace Podcast and Vibrant Workplace Forum; initiatives which seek to share learnings from leading employers and thought leaders on how an engaging workplace culture will lead to better business performance.
Vibrant, founded in 2015 by Craig Thompson, was created to drive a movement towards a better working world by helping organisations create workplaces where people want to take jobs, have a positive experience of work, engage for high performance and stay.
Craig says “People commit so much of their lives to their work they deserve to have a positive experience of it in return, and it makes sense to look after our people because if we do, they’ll look after our businesses. The Vibrant Workplace movement is about helping employers create those engaging workplaces and we’ll be sharing inspiring stories from businesses and leaders who have been there and done it through the podcast and our events.”
Connor Diamond, Head of nijobfinder.co.uk, added “nijobfinder is Northern Ireland’s premier recruitment platform, a place where we help our customers find opportunities with employers who match their values. We’re committed to playing our part in driving business culture forward in Northern Ireland and our support of the Vibrant Workplace movement is a demonstration of that.“
To date there are 12 episodes of the Vibrant Workplace Podcast available on Spotify. These include fascinating conversations with the founder of 4 Day Week Global, authors of the Sunday Times Business Best Seller ‘Workstyle’ and business leaders including from local organisations like Kukoon Rugs, Galgorm Collection, JMK Solicitors and CRASH Services.
A brand-new episode of the podcast exploring income inequality, with special guest Dimi Yar – Founder of the social impact start-up VOSA, will be released on Wednesday 2nd July. Follow the podcast on Spotify to be notified of new episode releases.
The most recent Vibrant Workplace Forum, themed ‘Not Blue Monday’, took place in Belfast earlier this year with plans for more events in the fall.
