400 HR professionals celebrated the 10th annual CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards in Titanic Belfast. Here are the winners!
The CIPD NI HR Awards are the most prestigious and highly regarded awards for the HR profession in Northern Ireland. The 2022 awards comprised of 14 categories, covering all aspects of HR and L&D, with awards for high-performing individuals and teams, and recognition for a range of people-related initiatives which have made a positive impact on work and working lives in Northern Ireland.
This year’s glittering ceremony took place in Titanic Belfast, with TikTok sensation and Sunday Times bestselling author, Serena Terry aka ‘Mammy Banter’ as host for the evening.
Lee Ann Panglea, Head of the CIPD in Scotland and Northern Ireland said: “This was by far our biggest ever awards gala, and it was fantastic to be back at Titanic Belfast celebrating the very best of people management and development in Northern Ireland.
“Our judges were hugely impressed with the quality of entries, and we were delighted with the level of interest across the board, but particularly in the four new categories that we introduced this year. Many congratulations to everyone who was shortlisted, and to all of this year’s winners.
