Celebrating the Best in HR and People Development
The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) Awards in Northern Ireland are now open for entry.
This year’s awards comprise of 11 categories, including awards for impactful strategies in flexible working, health and wellbeing, and resourcing and talent.

The 2023 categories are:
- Best HR student
- Best flexible working strategy
- Best inclusion and diversity strategy
- Excellence in L&D/OD
- Best resourcing and talent strategy
- Best employee voice programme
- Best apprenticeship scheme
- Impactful health and wellbeing at work
- Rising star of the people profession
- Best people team
- Outstanding contribution in the field of people development in Northern Ireland

Entries for the awards are open until Friday June 16 and the winners will be announced during a gala dinner at Titanic Belfast on October 12.
