A NEW Mexican restaurant in Bangor, Co. Down has opened creating 10 new jobs.
Proprietor Chris Fraze made the decision to open the takeaway and sit-in burrito bar,Bebe Adrianos Mexicanos,on the town’s High Street after struggling to find a job that matched his skill set.
After working as a chef in a busy restaurant for several years Chris wanted a new challenge and when he couldn’t find a suitable vacancy decided to create his own opportunity.
He explained: “I enjoyed my time working as a chef and liked the buzz of being in the kitchen but wanted something that would push me more. “It was a gamble but so far the response has been overwhelming.”
