HUMAN resources professionals from across the province have been recognised at the CIPD Northern Ireland Awards.
Celebrating excellence within the profession, the awards highlight the quality of the work and innovation HR professionals are delivering across the private, public and voluntary sectors in Northern Ireland.
Now in its fourth year, the awards, with recruitment specialists Brightwater as the principal sponsor and NIJobfinder as the official media partner, took place on May 19 at a gala event in Titanic Belfast. Hosted by media personality Pamela Ballantine, the event saw prizes awarded across 10 categories to teams, individuals and organisations.
Among this year’s award categories were: Consultant or Consultancy Team
of the Year; HR Team of the Year; Best Employee Engagement Strategy; HR Director of the Year; Health and Well-being Award and Most Effective Organisational Learning and Development Strategy. With more than 220 entrants, each category was judged by a panel of highly regarded PR and business professionals.
