A DUBLIN-based facilities management company is in the process of filling 300 new posts in Northern Ireland.
Noonan Services said the move comes after an investment of £500,000 which helped it win a number of new contracts here including one with an international law firm and one with a government department.
The company is headquartered in Northern Ireland in Lisburn but the new posts will be based across the region and will bring the total headcount here to 1,012.
Facilities management services include building maintenance, security services and cleaning services.
John O’Donoghue, group CEO of Noonan Services Ltd, said the company is building its business in Northern Ireland.
“By recruiting industry experts, we’ve been able to deliver substantial cost savings and service improvements for customers – that has led to us being in the strong position that we’re in today,” he said.
“We’re providing an integrated service across a number of sectors here including corporate, technology, healthcare, retail and life sciences. The investment that we’ve made demonstrates our confidence that we will continue to grow our market share across Northern Ireland.”
