Belfast based law firm, McKees, has opened its 2021 Trainee Solicitor Programme for applications.
Throughout the course of the two-year training contract, the trainees will gain experience in a range of departments including Corporate and Commercial, Banking and Financial Services, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution.
Managing Partner of McKees, Chris Ross said “It has been a testing time for students, particularly those who graduated last summer having faced the increased pressure of remote learning as well as the extraordinary exam conditions. However, we are encouraging young people to look to the future and the opportunities that are available to them in the legal sector.

As part of this commitment, we are pleased to invite applications for our 2021 Trainee Solicitor Programme and look forward to providing support and guidance to the successful applicants. Each trainee will have a supervising Partner to mentor them and they will work together to create a bespoke training plan to ensure he or she gets the most out of the learning and development programme.”
The closing date for applications is February 12.
