GROUND Espresso Bars has appointed Jonny Ross to the position of regional manager.
In addition to receiving his BSc Hons Psychology degree, Jonny has a passion for coffee and hospitality having spent nine years at Starbucks, progressing from barista to store manager to coffee trainer before assuming the role of people manager at Apple Premium Reseller.
In his new role, Jonny will be responsible for constructing and maintaining relationships with all store managers to ensure customers receive the best experience.
Jonny will also provide business development support.
