Grafton Recruitment, one of the leading recruitment companies in Ireland, since its establishment in 1983, is gearing for a new era of growth following the recent appointment of a new senior management team and a number of specialist recruiters.
This investment in the team positions the firm to strengthen its operations within its High Street Division, Specialist Recruitment Division and HR Consulting Division, and expand into new sectors, especially in the areas of Information Technology, Banking & Finance, Engineering and Manufacturing, Industrial and Catering, Contact Centres & Shared Services and Office Support.

Pete is a Commercial HR Leader with strategic and operational experience within generalist HR. He has over 15 years senior HR experience with a track record for providing people solutions to support business strategy, and experience of managing HR business partnering; HR centre of excellence and HR shared service teams. Pete has previously held HR roles with Carphone Warehouse, Best Buy Europe and PaddyPower in the UK, Ireland and in Europe.
Nicholas Hudson
Chief Financial Officer | Belfast
Nicholas is the Chief Financial Officer of Grafton Recruitment Ireland and has a long track record of successful business development centred on delivering customer satisfaction and adding value to the business. He previously worked as Chief Operating Officer at the Cromwell Hospital in London and DCC’s European IT distribution division headquartered in Paris. He has extensive board level experience, having worked for several blue-chip groups including Sara Lee Corp, Courtaulds plc, Danaher Corp and DCC plc. He initially worked for PWC in Leeds and Paris, before completing an MBA at INSEAD in France. He then went on to work in a variety of industries ranging from Textiles, IT distribution and Healthcare, through to Construction.

Banking & Finance Business Manager – Belfast
Paul heads up the Banking & Finance division for Grafton Recruitment in Belfast. He has over 9 years recruitment experience, specialising in recruitment in the qualified accountancy and finance market. Paul previously held a Business Manager position with a specialist Accountancy and Finance consultancy.
Mark Wylie
Commercial Business Manager | Belfast
Mark is responsible for the Temporary Division in Grafton Recruitment, managing the Industrial, Commercial and Public Sector teams. He has over 15 years’ recruitment management experience across all industry sectors in Northern Ireland, and 20 years in the industry overall.
Bronagh Hughes
Engineering Business Manager | Belfast
Bronagh is responsible for the management of the engineering division within Grafton Recruitment. With 13 years experience, she was a Business Development Manager in the Financial Services industry, and moved into a specialist technical recruiter role in 2012. She has established relationships with key engineering clients within Northern Ireland and the border counties.
Tony Baker
Technology Business Manager | Belfast
Tony is responsible for the recruitment of the IT infrastructure, IT Security and Software Development sectors in Northern Ireland. He has over 5 years’ experience with a focus on niche positions within the public and private sectors where technical skills demand outstrips supply.
Eileen Jordan
Head of Marketing | Northern and Republic of Ireland
Eileen leads the Marketing team and is responsible for the delivery of strategic marketing communications and activities for Grafton Recruitment. Previously, Eileen held roles with RSM Farrell Grant Sparks, Jones Lang LaSalle, Unilever and DANONE.
