KESTREL Foods has appointed Damien McCrory as its national accounts manager for food service.
As well as being responsible for the development of Kestrel’s business within the UK and Irish Food service sector, Damien will seek to grow its presence in the ingredients market following a major recent investment in its inhouse processing capabilities. Damien has 12 years sales experience within the FMCG sector, working previously with Coca Cola and Kellogg’s.
In addition the Portadown based dried fruit and nut company have also appointed David Jones as graduate technical assistant through a knowledge transfer partnership (KTP) with Queen’s University Belfast. David will assist the business in the introduction of new quality, monitoring and product process control systems.
