SOUTH Eastern Regional College (SERC) staff have completed the Bridging The Gap management programme.At a ceremony which took place at the college’s Lisburn campus, 57 staff received their Level 5 CMI management qualifications. The qualifications will enable staff to work more effectively within their own organisation and also with external businesses involved in mentoring programmes within the further education sector.
