BELFAST Metropolitan College and NIAMH (Northern Ireland Association for Mental Health) recently held a celebration event to mark the achievements of its 2012- 13 Live and Learn participants.
Live and Learn is a Lottery funded initiative led by NIAMH and delivered by partners Belfast Met, South West College, Citizens Advice and Open College Network (NI). Belfast Met provides classes designed to re-engage in learning adults with mental ill health, and to help improve coping mechanisms.
