Allianz is among 34 organisations from across Northern Ireland celebrating additional accreditation at Gold, Silver and Bronze levels against the prestigious Investors in People (IiP) framework.
Fiona McGilly, HR manager at Allianz, which received Gold accreditation, said: “The process to IiP Gold helped us to continue to focus on our peoples’ development through a period of significant change.
