Over 60 catering students from Northern Regional College will be brewing up a storm at an afternoon tea competition being organised by Belfast’s Fitzwilliam Hotel.
The winner will have their dessert or pastry featured on the menu and enjoyed by hotel patrons.
By working closely with Paula McIntyre, local food connoisseur and chef lecturer at Northern Regional College, the hotel has opened up this unique opportunity.
June Burgess, owner and developer of hotel, said: “There is so much fantastic talent in Northern Ireland and we’re delighted to support and celebrate that talent by giving this opportunity to one outstanding chef who, I’m sure, will go on to do great things.”
