A Belfast graphic design company has teamed up with experts from the South Eastern Regional College to boost its skill base.
Thanks to the new InnovateUs programme Pivotal Animations has benefited from one-to-one mentoring in a wide range of specialist high level engineering subjects.
The InnovateUs programme is financed by the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) through its Further Education Sector Employer Support Programme.
Andrew Castle, proprietor of Pivotal Animations, said the mentoring would help with the specific engineering elements of his job so the company could become increasingly competitive.
“As a small business owner, initiatives like these are a great support when trying to develop new business practices and research new markets. My experience has been very positive and the work carried out through the InnovativeUs project will help grow our business for the future,” he said.
