A leading Belfast travel management business has won an award for its innovative family friendly policies in the workplace.
 Selective Travel, which employs almost 50 people won the Small to Medium Enterprise of the Year Award at the Childcare Works Awards 2012.
The event, organised by the Employers for Childcare Charitable Group, aims to recognise firms that take an innovative approach to family friendly employment initiatives.
Applicants were invited to detail how their family friendly working policies ‘lead the way in excellence and set the standard for others to follow’.
As part of its prize, Selective Travel has won £500 to donate to a charity of its choice.
Selective Travel managing director, Mukesh Sharma said the company was pleased to be recognised in the scheme.
