The winners of the 2021 CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards will be announced at an awards lunch at the Crowne Plaza Belfast on Thursday October 7.
The awards celebrate individuals, organisations and practices that are championing better work and working lives in Northern Ireland.
The shortlist was announced on nijobfinder and on the awards’ website last week.
Head of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) Scotland and Northern Ireland, Lee Ann Panglea said: “We know that many people are excited about the opportunity to connect in person, both with their own teams and with the wider HR profession, after working virtually for so long.”
She added: “We’ve spoken to a range of stakeholders and the overwhelming consensus was that moving from a dinner to an awards lunch was the most responsible way of holding the awards this year, and we’re really excited about having the opportunity to announce this year’s winners and celebrate their achievements together in person in October.
“We’re taking a cautious approach, and will be following government guidelines, with tables well spaced out so everyone feels very comfortable.
In order to be as inclusive as possible, we’ll also be running a live feed with a chat panel via the website, so those who don’t want to attend in person can join us remotely.
“As we’re limiting the number of places this year, we’d urge anyone who wants to attend the lunch to book as soon as possible to guarantee their table.”
The awards will be hosted by television presenter Pamela Ballantine.
Bookings are open soon at CIPD NI Awards.
