Entries for the 2021 CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards are now open.
Now in their ninth year, the awards comprise of 12 categories celebrating the best in HR and people management by individuals and teams in Northern Ireland, as well as the most impactful initiatives in change management, Learning & Development (L&D), inclusion and diversity, wellbeing and talent management.
This year’s awards include a new category for remote and flexible working, for organisations to demonstrate how they have adopted an employee-centric approach to flexible working through the pandemic and are embedding flexible working practices going forward.
The awards are open to all, not just Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) members and there is no cost to enter.
Lee Ann Panglea, Head of CIPD Scotland and Northern Ireland said: “The past year has been hugely challenging for people professionals, and the CIPD NI Awards will give people the opportunity to showcase how they have supported their people and their organisations.
“After the success of last year’s virtual awards, we are very much hoping that we will be able to revert back to our awards ceremony at Titanic Belfast on October 7, and we know that people will be excited about getting together to reconnect face to face and celebrate some of the best work that has been undertaken by people professionals in Northern Ireland over the course of the pandemic.”
The entries will be judged by a panel of HR and business leaders, senior academics and CIPD’s own experts.
Entries are open until June 25 and shortlisted entrants will be invited for interview in September.
