The CIPD Northern Ireland Annual Conference will take place online on Thursday 13 May, bringing together HR, OD and learning and development specialists to explore some of the key lessons from the pandemic, and how people professionals can help their organisations to adapt and prepare for the future, post COVID-19.
Through a mix of case studies, panel discussions and keynote sessions, the speakers will explore a range of themes including developing and empowering effective teams, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, flexible working, developing effective line managers, employment law, the role of OD in shaping organisations post COVID, and job quality and skills development in Northern Ireland.
The programme will include three keynote speakers – CIPD Chief Executive, Peter Cheese; former fighter pilot, performance coach Mandy Hickson and Frank Douglas, CEO of Caerus Executive, plus speakers from a range of leading organisations including Smurfit Kappa, Southern Health & Social Care Trust, Sensata Technologies, Department for the Economy NI, FinTrU, Belfast City Council, the Compass Group, Fujitsu and Pinsent Masons LLP as well as a range of the CIPD’s own experts.

Tickets cost £50 + VAT for CIPD Members and £65 + VAT for non-members. Early bird tickets of £40 and £50 respectively are available until Sunday 18 April.
