The judging day for the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development Northern Ireland (CIPD NI) Awards 2020 is set to take place on Wednesday, September 9. The panel of 13 HR leaders and academics will interview all 42 finalists virtually, and the winners will be announced at a digital awards ceremony on October 1. Now in their eighth year, the CIPD NI Awards are amongst the most prestigious business awards in Northern Ireland.
The awards comprise of 12 categories recognising the achievements of individuals and teams, and the impact of initiatives in employee engagement, change management, workplace well-being, learning & development, diversity & inclusion and talent management. Specialist recruitment consultancy, MCS Group, are headline sponsor of the awards and Nijobfinder are once again media partner.
