Job Opportunity: Administrative Officer
Pay: £12.36 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Location: Belfast City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Up to 51 weeks
Job Duties:
As an Administrative Officer in Belfast City Centre, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing decision-making support for internal departments.
- Utilising Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal systems to perform administrative tasks.
- Handling inquiries and correspondence from members of the public and representatives via phone and/or email.
- Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Essential Criteria:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 5 GCSEs including both Maths & English (or level 2 equivalent).
- Standard Access NI Check.
