Mobile Support Technician, Belfast (23k) - 12 month contract
Job Description
My client is looking for a customer service focused Mobile Support Technician. You’ll be assisting businesses with the set up and maintenance of mobile applications and devices. This is a Monday to Friday 9 to 5 role onsite, so well suited to professionals from a technical help background who are looking for a better work life balance, and are excited to work directly with a company product, delivering excellent customer service. The end users will be stakeholders within the public sector.

About you
- Technical/sales support experience
- Proactive problem solver, can think on your feet
- Positive team player
- Friendly and professional, customer focused
- Strong general knowledge of mobile phones, how to set them up, show people how to use them etc
What you’ll do
- Set up of mobile devices
- Maintenance of end user accounts / applications
- Technical help via telephone/email/face to face
