Your Exciting New Role:

As the HR Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with Directors and the Senior Leadership Team to craft a vibrant human resource experience. Main Responsibilities:

• HR operations for a fantastic team of around 40+ staff members, all set in a lively production environment that thrives on inclusivity.

• Be the driving force behind our HR functions, injecting creativity and proactive energy into every aspect of our people strategy.

• Embark on exciting recruitment adventures, harnessing the power of online platforms and social media to find the perfect talent match.

• Champion compliance with statutory and regulatory standards, adding your own dash of flair to ensure they ahead of the game.

• Craft the ultimate onboarding journey, blending job descriptions with induction experiences that set the stage for success.

• Team up with Finance for payroll

• Tackle employee relations with finesse, turning performance issues into opportunities for growth and learning.

• Wave the flag for equality, diversity, and inclusion, making sure every voice is heard

• Keep employment documents fresh, updating them in tune with the latest legislation.

• Lead the charge on training and development initiatives, turning the team into a powerhouse of talent and potential.

• Collaborate with the management team in delivering monthly reports.


Who You Are:

• A HR specialist with a third-level qualification in HR or a related field.

• A seasoned pro with at least three years of HR Generalist/HRBP/management experience, eager to dive into our vibrant workplace.

• CIPD qualification (CIPD level 5)

• A compliance guru with in-depth knowledge of NI employment law, keeping the company on the right side of the rules.

• MS Office skills, ready to juggle spreadsheets and presentations with flair.

• A problem-solving champion, armed with conflict resolution skills that turn every challenge into an opportunity.
