Business Support Administrator – Office Based (Maternity Contract initially)
Clarendon Executive is Northern Ireland’s leading Executive
Search Consultancy. The business manages a broad range of recruitment
assignments, delivered by a small, specialist team of consultants.
The Business Support Administrator role within the
business is an important one. The team of consultants rely on the Administrator
to deal with enquiries, issue information packs, manage busy diaries, arrange
interviews, and issue all communications to candidates. It is a
busy role, with plenty of variety.
Because it is often the first point of contact between the
business, its clients and its candidates, the role requires a person who is an
excellent communicator, written and verbal, who is very comfortable dealing
with people at all levels.
Our ideal candidate will be competent in the main Microsoft
Office applications (including Word, Excel, Teams) and have a good general
level of IT literacy. You must have great attention to
detail and be highly organised. It requires a self-starter who
likes to be busy, uses initiative well and has a very engaging and positive
approach.
The role is initially offered to cover a 12- month maternity
contract, however, given how the business is continuing to grow, the
possibility may exist for another permanent position to be created within the
administration function. This role is office based in Custom House and can
offer a flexible working pattern to suit individual needs. The
role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work within a
profession that recognises the strength and value of a team approach.
To apply, please contact Joanne McAuley during business
hours on or email Application is by cv and supporting statement to be received by 5pm on 20th
May 2024.
