Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with an established Law Firm, based in Glengormley to secure a Receptionist on a permanent basis.

Day to day breakdown:
- Operate switchboard from 9am – 5pm
- Receive and transfer telephone calls, announcing callers, taking brief messages, and passing these on via client system, email or connecting callers to staff members
- Greeting and welcoming visitors to the Office between 9am and 5pm, informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival
- Acting as first point of contact, ensuring great customer service whilst maintaining professionalism
- Overseeing the general smooth running of the office
Previous skills/experience:
- Previous experience as a legal receptionist (desired)
- Proficient in legal terminology, documentation, and filing procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and general office equipment (photocopier, fax machine etc)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
