Purchase Ledger Clerk | Belfast
Reed Accountancy is partnered with a long-established commercial business in East Belfast, in the appointment of a permanent & full time Purchase Ledger Clerk.
With significant trading history, our client is an established Northern Ireland based organisation with a worldwide reputation for technical innovation.
The role:
The role is focused within the remit of Purchase Ledger/Accounts payable.
Reporting to the Financial Director, this is a key role within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
Process Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoices onto Sage
Liaise with Suppliers to resolve any invoice related issues or queries
Order equipment for jobs from equipment list via helpdesk
Phone cover on rotational basis
Filing, photocopying and any other administrative duties as required.
About you:
ESSENTIAL
Experience of Sage 50
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Competent verbal and written communicator
