Temporary Senior Project Worker required for our client a Bangor based Supported Living Unit. The role will be to cover leave for at least 8 weeks from end May 2024.
In this role you will be part of the management team, supporting the Manager, supervising the support staff team and caring for the residents. Role will require someone who has worked in a similar role and will have appropriate healthcare qualifications. Experience of working in a Mental Health unit is also preferred .
Post will involve working 4 nights across a seven day rota with hours from 10pm to 8am. The rate of pay is £18.00 to £22.00per hour depending on Shift worked. Full induction to the role will be provided.
What We Need From You:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience working in a similar role
- A capability to complete paperwork and communicate effectively
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care
- To be Niscc registered, or willing to apply
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
