PT Accounts Assistant
Temp Contract (16 hours per week) 3 months (aprox) with a view of possibly leading to a permanent contract.
Duties:
Sales Ledger management – creating, sending invoices.
Purchase Ledger management – processing invoices and
raising payments on daily/monthly basis.
Payroll duties: Undertaking
administrative, advisory and payroll duties to ensure that processes and
systems are completed within the required timescales.
Dealing with Customer queries by phone/email
Essential Criteria:
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s graded C or above which must
include Maths and English (or relevant equivalent).
Minimum of at least 2 years current experience in a
similar role
Must have experience working with Sage
Be able to demonstrate an ability to work with a high
degree of accuracy and to tight deadlines.
Be able to demonstrate competence in the use of a
range of computer applications, for example MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
Have the
ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team.
Other Information:
Location: Dundonald
Hours: 15/16 hours per week ( anytime
between 9.00-5.00 client is very flexible) more hours may be offered.
Salary: £13.50 -£14.00 per hour depending on experience
