Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Experienced/Graduate Sustainable Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Sustainable Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of sustainable assessment while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in conducting sustainable assessments using methodologies such as BREEAM.
• Use software tools like IESVE for simulations and analysis.
• Collaborate with the team to perform embodied carbon calculations using tools like OneClickLCA.
• Support senior staff in project management and client communication.
• Participate in training programs to become a certified BREEAM Assessor.
• Contribute to research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing the sustainable assessment services.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Architecture, Geography, Maths or related field.
• Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Knowledge of or willingness to learn how to use IESVE simulation software.
• Previous experience or familiarity with sustainable assessment methodologies like BREEAM is a plus.
