Accounts Assistant / Accounts Technician

Our client
is a London based group of businesses with an immediate need for an experienced
Accounts Assistant / Accounts Technician who can join their growing team. This
is a fantastic opportunity to join a group with various business interests
reporting into a very experienced Head of Finance.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Sales ledger
·
Purchase ledger
·
Bank reconciliations
·
Credit cards reconciliations
·
Credit control
·
General ledger
·
Payroll
·
Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required
Eligibility criteria:
·
Recent experience working as part of a busy finance team
·
Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
·
High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
·
Processing high volume of invoices
·
Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
·
Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
·
Strong planning and organising skills
·
Good numeracy and time management skills.
·
Keen eye for detail
