We are currently recruiting a Sales and Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast Team and are keen to speak to candidates who have experience in sales and business development within the commercial and industrial sectors. This role involves developing our well established business throughout Northern Ireland via sales calls and visits. With an 6-branch network we are the largest locally owned recruitment agency in Northern Ireland. What The Job Entails:
This is a diverse role and will include a number of key areas such as:
Performing sales activity with companies to develop our Commercial and Industrial Business
Arranging and attending Company visits to potential clients
Securing new contracts
Creating and placing advertisements for vacant positions
Creating social media campaigns
Running and attending open days and recruitment events
Screening and interviewing applicants
Matching candidates to suitable roles
What We Need From You:
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
Strong business development skills
An excellent telephone manner
Excellent computer skills
A sound geographical knowledge
An understanding and capability of working to Performance Indicators and Targets
A valid, clean driving licence and daily access to a vehicle
What We Would Like From You:
Previous experience in a similar role
Recruitment industry knowledge
What We Will Offer You:
£25000 per annum plus bonus structure
Bonus structure payable after three months in position
30 Days paid leave per year (including statutory days)
Inclusion into our company pension scheme
The Nitty Gritty:
Hours of work are Monday – Friday between 8.45am – 5pm
On call duties out of office hours will be necessary every 4 weeks
1 Hour lunch break
