Customer Support Advisor - Ballymena - Full time
Due to our clients ongoing development and expansion, they are looking to hire a Customer Support Advisor. This role is crucial for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and support as the business continues to grow.
About the role:
- £11.85 ph
- Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, or Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00pm
- This is initially a temporary position with potential to become permanent
Your focus will be to handle incoming communications from customers primarily via telephone, as well as through customer portal and email. Duties will include:
- directing calls to appropriate internal parties
- advising customers on products, after-sales service, warranties, and processing orders
- efficiently manage and direct incoming calls
- communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear and professional responses to customer inquiries
- provide support and advice on products, warranty issues, after-sales services, and other common queries
- process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Criteria:
- Proven ability to handle customer interactions in a professional manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email
- Experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus, though not required, as comprehensive training will be provided
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role is advantageous
