Sales Assistant – Women’s

Belfast area. Serviced well by public transport and public parking areas.
Hours: 2- 3
days per week. Monday to Saturday 10am to 5 pm
Rate of pay: £11.44 per hour.
Duration: Permanent
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an
individual to join their small team on a part time basis. The Assistant will
provide a personal and bespoke consultation and fitting service to clients.
This organisation has gained a reputation
throughout Northern Ireland for providing an exceptional customer service
experience and are very popular with set appointments and walk in enquiries.
This is a permanent role and training is given. The
post holder can expect the learning process to take about 6 months.
You will need:

To have a strong sense of
customer service and good interpersonal skills.

Be empathetic and demonstrate a
calm demeanor.
·
Be well presented, professional
in appearance and have good communication skills.
·
To be a strong team player and
able to work in a small team.
·
Reliable and a desire to learn.
·
Flexible in approach.
Duties include:
·
Dealing with telephone
enquiries.
·
Booking appointments.
·
Dealing with walk in enquiries.
·
Dealing with online orders.
·
Measuring and consulting with
clients to provide information on the best products.
