About the role:
- Temporary (Initially, with possibility of extension)
- Immediate start
- Full time, 37 per week, Monday to Friday
- £Salary negotiable depending on experience
- Free onsite parking
- Company pension scheme
Duties:
- Processing customer orders and payments.
- Reconciling and preparing bank lodgements, both cash and credit cards
- Scheduling deliveries for drivers
- Purchase ledger postings and payments and all month end procedures
- Credit control
- Answering all phone-calls and diverting to team
- Data entry using Excel
- Checking quality forms
Criteria:
- Maths & English GCSE Grade C or above
- Experience within office / accounts administration
