About the role:

• Hourly Rate: £12.38 per hour
• Location: Belfast
• Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
• Holidays: 35 days pro rata
• Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:

• Planned Maintenance and Grounds Rehabilitation.
• Response Maintenance.
• Grounds Maintenance Land Asset Register.
• Other duties including meetings, liaison with other departments and administration.

Criteria:

• A degree in Landscaping or an equivalent relevant professional qualification plus 1 years post qualification experience

OR

• A relevant BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma plus 2 years post qualification experience.
• Exceptionally, candidates who do not meet the qualification requirement, but who can demonstrate that they have 3 years relevant experience may also be considered.
• As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
