Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a highly successful company, to recruit an Office Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Our client has an excellent reputation within the market serving a vast customer base with their excellent products and services. As an Office Administrator, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the office environment. Responsibilities will encompass data entry tasks, managing office supplies inventory, and fielding phone calls to appropriate staff members. Additionally, you will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, and providing support to other internal departments such as the accounts team. Overall, the Office Administrator will be instrumental in maintaining organisational efficiency and supporting daily operations.

The right person for this role will be an organised administrative professional, with previous experience working across the industry sector. You will be proficient with various IT systems and be able to work efficiently on your own initiative. You will have a strong eye for detail with the ability to work within tight frames. You must be able to communicate efficiently and maintain high standards regarding customer support.

The package for this role includes a salary of £24,000-£26,000 and a great benefits package, which can be discussed upon first conversation with Honeycomb. This role is based fully on-site in Ballymena, with a 4-day working week of Monday- Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm.
