Account Manager

Bela Recruitment is currently seeking an Account Manager to work in Tyrone area Northern Ireland.
Salary - £33,000 - £37,000
Location – Tyrone, Northern Ireland – Only apply if you already live in Northern Ireland.
VISA – Not interested in anyone needing visa sponsorships or on restricted visa status.

This job will suit anyone with 3+ years account management experience, dealing with large, valuable key accounts and you have a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities
Manage all key account activity, ensuring exceptional levels of service.
Be the link between customer and internal teams, to ensure contract obligations are met.
Understand customer needs to drive future calendar of activity.
Provide customer, management, and other departments with reporting figures.
Build strong and supporting relationships with the customers team and internal stakeholders.
Manage/support internal staff to ensure contract KPI’s are achieved.

Requirements
3+ years of professional Account Management experience
Ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
Fantastic communication skills, people skills and attention to detail are a must.
Can work independently and influence others in the team to meet objectives.
Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Rewards
Salary between £33,000 - £37,000 depending on experience.
