VANRATH are delighted to be assisting an established not for profit organisation based in Belfast who are actively seeking an experienced Customer Adviser to join their team on an initial interim contract basis.

About your next employer
The post holder will be a highly motivated individual with a willingness to seek out new ways of working and a passion for providing excellent service. You will be responsible for all customer contact across (in-bound and out-bound, face-to-face and across digital and social media channels), for all end-to-end customer journeys.
About you
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent including GCSE English and Maths C or above.
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a customer centric environment
- Previous experience of complaints handling
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent organisational skills
What you’ll do
- Proactively deal with customer contact (inbound, outbound, digital platforms)
- Provide consistent and accurate information
- Query resolution
- Manage and maintain IT database
- Ensure that all actions agreed are completed in accordance with organisation policies and in agreed time frames
- Maintain customer confidentiality
- Process applications accurately
