We are excited to be
exclusively working with a GB based group who have centralised their dedicated finance
office near Antrim. Working office based
you will report to a local FD and be responsible for managing day to day dedicated
finance department consisting of 3-4 people.
The business uses Xero and has 3 companies in the group boasting a T/o
of £15m and employees of 130.
Main Duties
·
Reporting
to the FD and assisting in the delivery of a strong finance department
·
Enhance
reporting and develop internal controls and reporting processes
·
Oversee SL,
PL , Payroll ,Working Capital
·
Strong IT
Skills – company use Xero and Excel
·
Preparation
of Budgets, Forecasts and Cashflows
·
Preparation
of various KPI reports including productivity and profitability
·
Prepare full
month end reports and year end accounts
Ideal Candidate
·
Qualified
Accountant with excellent experience either in an SME environment or Big 4 Top 10
practice or mid-tier firm
·
Strong
attention to detail and proactive approach in improving a finance department
·
Happy to
be office based and team culture is at the heart of this business
