VANRATH are partnered with a leading Not-for-Profit organisation in Belfast who work across the UK & ROI, in their recruitment of an interim Management Accountant. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Management Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts. To be considered for this role, it is important to have proven experience in a similar role, and ideally available at short notice. Applications are welcomed from Part-Qualified or Fully Qualified Accountants.

The Management Accountant will join the team on an initial contract of 3 months, and although advertised as a full-time position, please do apply if you are interested in reduced hours, as there is negotiation on the working pattern.

About you

• Part- Qualified Accountant or Fully Qualified
• Management accounting experience
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Available at short notice

What you’ll do

• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Variance analysis
• Preparing accrual and prepayment schedule
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist wider finance team
