MCS Group is delighted to recruit a Quality Manager for our successful client based in Carrickfergus. Our client has expanded steadily to include multiple manufacturing facilities across Japan, China, USA, Mexico, Thailand, and Europe. They are a world-class supplier of high-quality, technically complex automotive components.
As the Quality Manager you will:
- Responsible for the management of all personnel within the Quality department
- Design and implement Quality systems
- Develop control practices to ensure
- Liaise with customers and build relationships
- Comply with ISO 14001, ISO 18001, TS 16949
- Manage Department Budgets
You will have:
- Third-level qualification in an engineering/technical discipline (Candidates with a lesser qualification, significant relevant experience, and a demonstrated commitment to personal development will also be considered)
- Min 5 years experience within a quality engineering environment
- Min 2 years experience managing a department
- Knowledge of QMS including standards ISO 14001, ISO 18001, TS 16949
