Talent Advisor – Downpatrick – Manufacturing Industry – Permanent

MCS Group are thrilled to be working alongside a well-known food manufacturing organisation, based in the Downpatrick area, who are looking to recruit a Talent Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the Talent Advisor will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing various learning plans across their site. The successful candidate will prioritise building relationships with employees and won’t be afraid to get stuck in! Key responsibilities include –

• Design and create training material for employees using LMS system.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of development programmes.
• Promote and coordinate both group and solo training sessions
• Deliver employee development reviews.
• Succession and work force planning.
• Represent the organisation to the best of your ability by attending any necessary events.

The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be a graduate of HR or a relative subject and have –

• Experience in creating training programmes with Learning and Development
• Experience in working within the manufacturing industry
• Experience in partaking in training both online and in person
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to be personable and driven with a keen interest in progressing withing your career.
• Ability to be adatable.
